#Happiness in little things

Happiness & Hope is everywhere. You should just have the eyes to see it”.

Moon before the rising sun.

The beauty indeed fills heart with peace, joy, and love. Nothing in the world could be better than this moment when the sun is about to rise to wake the world again and making it realise’ Hello!!! There is this new day in your life, get up and get ready to chase your dreams with that hope again. I’ll be there with you whole day as always no matter in what situation you are in’.

& our nights are accompanied by beautiful moon which excudes that calming peace all over us after day long tiredness to prepare us for the next day again .

Change: painful, inevitable yet immensely fruitful

We all change physically, mentally, and emotionally over time. There are situations happening, need of the hour, our urge for improvement and many other factors forcing us to change & become a better version of ourselves. The process is quite challenging & mind-boggling. It displaces peace of mind, affects health negatively and emotionally feel broken depending on what kind of change anyone is going through. But instead of focussing on the disturbance & turbulence we face while going through a change, we should take that process, as learning experience and always try to analyse situations leading to change, our reactions towards it, eventually our change in behaviour and how calmly we can overcome it.

Now if something is happening out of the routine, we try to manage that situation. Right. There are a few outcomes while managing the change.  If you are not handling that change smartly, You might get shattered by the process because you are overwhelmed by the change which was not previously there in your life. There is no problem in that because it’s very natural and happens to every human being on this earth. To be more accurate to every living being including plants and animals. Or you might get the half-hearted result of the process if u didn’t involve in the process mindfully. And lastly, if u mindfully submerged in the process of change like a warrior, you will emerge as a better version of yourself who could now handle everything in a much calmer manner and could see life very positively.

This series is all about setting up our home’s core areas from scratch . I will be taking up the areas in the order of priority like kitchen being the POWERHOUSE of the family, should be given utmost importance. So the following order will be continued:

  • Kitchen

It is powerhouse of the people of any home. Nobody can do without a kitchen. Those mouth-watering warm meals of winters & those chilled shakes of summers makes our body really get going to take up any task and go with our lives very smoothly.

So without any second-thoughts we should set up our kitchen first. It is a very dynamic area as it has variety of contents & different types of meals are cooked in different times of the day everyday. List of stuffs important for any kitchen might really become endless according to the needs, size and even age group sometimes but here iam broadly listing out things that forms the basis of any kitchen irrespective of any parameters.

-How to go about the process choosing the right kind of kitchen things for yourself if you are setting up your kitchen for the first time?

Let’s accumulate some knowledge while learning the process of Home management:

– Why Earth never warms up or gets cooler?

– Earth receives energy from sun & radiates it back to space . So it never warms up or gets cooler.

– which the highest active volcano in the world and where it is situated ?

How to go about the process of Home management?

Management of anything in itself requires few things at three levels which are mental level, emotional level and physical level . So does Home management.

At mental level – you should be ready to take up the task of managing which is fun but at times tiring mentally . You should strategise beforehand to make task comparatively easier. To strategise you can take the following steps :

1. Sit with pen & paper( preferably A4 sheet as you will need lot of space to enlist). List down areas of your home on priority basis leaving space between every listed area. These days notepads in Android or any smartphone becomes really handy & also they are really easy to update & edit . So use whatever is to your convenience .

At emotional level – As there are lot of emotions invested in the process, It sometimes might feel overwhelming making us feel demotivated, frustrated etc. The key to finding the balance at this level is to go slow, learning & absorbing simultaneously to make the process emotionally empowering . To drain or vent that emotional tiredness or any feeling of imbalance you can follow the below steps:

At physical level – There are lot of physical efforts required in the process . From setting up to structuring to eventually sorting & organising demands movement & physical activeness . So always go on with the process on days when you feel energetic & healthy.

Advantages of the process of Home Management:

  • It keeps your home sorted & organised which makes our place much more welcoming & productive .
  • An organised home makes our inner world also organised . There is much more mental clarity of everything .
  • It increases your sense of achievement & there is constant feeling of joy & happiness which ultimately leads to a cheerful environment in our lovely homes.

Home Management: Learning a lifesaver life skill of managing our lovely homes.

Home is not only a living space of bricks & mortar, it is much more . It depicts our personality, the very basic nature of any human being. Home in itself is “A home to lot of our memories”. We can easily predict someone’s personality just by looking at the vibe & stuff kept in one’s place. Sounds Interesting!!! & Yes this is so true!!

Making any place your home is not one day affair. It takes efforts , constant analysing & nurturing it to make it a cosy & a comfortable place.

So in the consequent Blogpost series i.e A Beginners guide to setting up homes from scratch , we will learn to conciously & mindfully setup & manage each and every part of our homes enjoying every bit of putting in efforts, learning one or the other thing at every point & make the process more fruitful .

Space Management in Android’s/Smartphones:

  • Create broad category folders for every App in your phone.
  • If anything is saved in your online space account, then delete them from your device . Also you can create a backup at your mail-id.

Advantages of the process:

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
